Osso Bucco is a classic Italian cut sliced from the skin shank on the bone. This cut is perfect for slow braising or stewing, becoming beautifully tender with loads of flavour. We recommend cooking for 2 ½ - 3 hours until the meat starts to fall away from the bone.
