Uncover the rich flavour and distinctive texture of Sierra steak. Sierra steak is a cut of beef similar to Flank Steak, although they come from completely different parts of the animal. Flank steak comes from the belly muscle, Sierra steak on the other hand, gets cut from the beef Chuck Roll, which is basically the shoulder. High-heat grilling is the best method for cooking Sierra steak.
Resembling flank steak in its coarse muscle fibres and largely visible grain, Sierra steak can have a hearty texture, but it is packed with incredible beefy flavour. Often referred to as chuck flank, this steak delivers the robust, savory experience that steak lovers crave. Perfectly suited for marinating and grilling, Sierra steak offers both flavour and versatility in every bite.

For delivered chilled products please consume within 3-5 days from delivery.
For delivered frozen products please consume within 3 weeks. We recommended defrosting smaller cuts for 12-24 hours and larger cuts for 3-5 days in a refrigerator.
To ensure the food safety and hygiene of meat products it is not advisable to leave meat out at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
