Order & Delivery Information
All products are subject to availability.
Pickup: It is now possible to pickup your order from our coldstore in O'Connor at no cost, any day of the week. Order online and we will be in touch when your items are ready to be picked up. Once you receive a message feel free to pickup anytime Monday - Friday 10am-4pm
Delivery: Once we receive your completed order we will pack and deliver your products in our Futari Freezer van to your doorstep.
Deliveries generally take 2-4 business days for Perth area and 5-7 business days for Regional from ordering. You will receive information about the delivery day and time once your is fulfilled by text.
For delivery in Perth before the weekend please complete your order before Wednesday 12pm.
