Ingredients (for 4)
400g thinly sliced Futari Wagyu Kiriotoshi
¼ Cup finely julienned fresh Ginger
200ml Dashi Stock
2 TBSP Sugar
4 TBSP Sake
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
Cooked beans, broccolini or your preferred vegetables
Defrost your frozen Futari Wagyu Kiriotoshi in fridge for 24 hours.
- Place ginger, sugar, sake, soy sauce and Futari Wagyu Kiriotoshi in a small pot.
Add enough dashi broth to cover Futari Wagyu Kiriotoshi and bring to a simmer.
- Stir occasionally and cook till meat has changed colour – approximately 3 minutes.
- Serve in a bowl separate to or over cooked rice and decorated with beans/broccolini or your preferred vegetables.
