Wagyu Chuck Tender - Slow Cook
Traditionally favored for slow-cooked dishes and stews, our Wagyu Chuck Tender shines also when thinly sliced and quickly grilled.
Inspired by Japanese Yakiniku, this brings out the cut's natural flavors and ensures a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Thin slicing, a popular technique in Asian cuisine, further enhances its tenderness, offering a delicious experience.
