Refer A Friend Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Futari Wagyu Refer-a-Friend Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

2. How the Program Works

• To participate, an eligible customer ("Referrer") must share their unique referral link or code with a friend ("Referee").

• The Referee must make a qualifying purchase through the referral link or by using the referral code at checkout.

• The qualifying purchase must meet the minimum spend requirement of $100 before taxes and shipping fees.

• Once the Referee’s order is successfully completed, the Referrer will receive a reward as outlined in Section 3.

3. Rewards

• The Referrer will receive $10 off their next order.

• The Referee may also receive $10 off their next order.

• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.

4. Limitations and Restrictions

• Each Referrer can refer up to 30 friends per calendar year.

• Self-referrals, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Program will result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.

• If the Referee cancels or returns their order, the corresponding reward may be revoked.

• Futari Wagyu reserves the right to verify the eligibility of referrals and to withhold or revoke rewards at its discretion.

5. Modification or Termination

• Futari Wagyu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

• Any changes to the Program will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

• If the Program is terminated, any unredeemed rewards may be forfeited.

6. General Terms

• By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Futari Wagyu is not responsible for technical issues, lost rewards, or any other disruptions related to the Program.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
