A lean and flavourful cut, the Eye Round or Girello is popular for smoking or slow cooking.
Although looking and sounding similar the eye round should not be confused with the eye fillet, it is a much more economical cut suited better for slower cooking applications where less marbling is desired.

For delivered frozen products please consume within 3 weeks. We recommend defrosting in the refrigerator, smaller cuts for 12-24 hours and larger cuts for 3-5 days.
