


Wagyu Beef Ham
Our Futari Wagyu Beef Ham is crafted from a Signature 8–9 Marble Score Fullblood Wagyu cut, carefully brined and gently smoked using a blend of thyme, rosemary, bay leaves and peppercorns. The result is a ham with remarkable depth of flavour and a naturally tender texture.
Each piece is supplied whole for you to slice to your preferred thickness. Serve it warm for a richer, buttery profile, or enjoy it cold for its clean, delicate smokiness.
Before placing an order:
This ham is prepared by hand with exceptional care. You might notice some darker areas on the surface, but they’re perfectly normal and don’t impact the quality - they’re simply a natural outcome of our artisanal marination process.

All Futari Wagyu is 100% Fullblood Wagyu from the south coast of Western Australia, grain-fed for 650 days.
