


Wagyu Rib Racks Bulk Pack
Need to feed a crowd? Our wagyu ribs are a great value cut for a weekend BBQ event. These come with main short/chuck rib meat cut off the top, but kept with the bone as requested by many. The Intercostal meat found between the ribs make these a fantastic snack or side item as they're packed with flavour. Low-and-slow is the way to go with these as the Intercostal meat needs a bit of time - it also helps the marinade infuse its flavour.
Each carton is 10-20kg and is jam-packed with ribs. The ribs are a mix of marble scores and being rib meat, it is very nicely marbled.

This product ships in loose packaging - it's recommended to keep frozen until intended for use.

This item is delivered frozen and we recommend defrosting in your fridge before consuming.
For delivered frozen products please consume within 3 weeks. We recommended defrosting smaller cuts for 12-24 hours and larger cuts for 3-5 days in a refrigerator.
To ensure the food safety and hygiene of meat products it is not advisable to leave meat out at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
