Shabu Shabu (しゃぶしゃぶ) is a popular dish from Japan and that is cook in a hot broth with thinly sliced meat. Get ready with a pot on a stove and pour in Kombu Dashi  and dilute with water in 1:6 portion. While waiting for soup base to boil, you may prepare vegetables and udon (especially don’t forget defrosting Futari Wagyu in chiller!). Thin sliced Futari Shabu Shabu takes only a few seconds to cook, dip and you are ready to enjoy it! Perfect matching with ponzu sauce or sesame sauce.
