The Flank Steak, commonly referred to as Bavette, is a popular choice for Wagyu barbecues - with a full flavour and incredible marbling characteristics. 

Flank Steak can be grilled or barbecued as a whole piece and enjoyed thinly sliced.

For delivered chilled products please consume within 3-5 days from delivery.

For delivered frozen products please consume within 3 weeks. We recommend defrosting in the refrigerator, smaller cuts for 12-24 hours and larger cuts for 3-5 days.

To ensure the food safety and hygiene of meat products it is not advisable to leave meat out at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
