The Futari Wagyu Rump Cap is a marbled beauty. A very well known and popular cut it is not usually available for long when it hits the store.
As the most marbled part of the rump, the rump cap can be grilled, barbecued, carved into steaks, skewered or cooked whole, giving chefs a vast array of options!

For delivered frozen products we recommend defrosting in the refrigerator, smaller cuts for 12-24 hours and larger cuts for 3-5 days.

To ensure the food safety and hygiene of meat products it is not advisable to leave meat out at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
